We are committed to ethical business principles and the promotion of human rights. This includes responsible manufacturing of our products and responsible sourcing of materials. We require our suppliers to share in this commitment and to conduct business in a legal, ethical and responsible manner.
We do not currently use tungsten, tantalum, tin and gold in the fabrication of parts and, if occasion arose to use such materials, would assure the materials contained no metals derived from “Conflict Minerals” such that they directly or indirectly finance or benefit armed groups through mining or mineral trading in the Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC), or adjoining countries where human rights violations are alleged.
In accordance with Section 1502 of the Dodd-Frank Reform & Consumer Protection Act, we are proactively asserting that any/all materials purchased and employed in the fabrication of parts are and shall forever be DRC Conflict-free.
RoHS and Title 49 CFR 172:101, Restriction on Hazardous Substances: We are proactively compliant and assure compliance in our supply chain to the RoHS specification.
